This is my Bog Blog! Call them whatever you like: dunnies, pissers, gravy bowls, pissoirs, porcelain caves, potties, loos, crappers, dumpers, shitters, outhouses, throne, bogs, longdrops, WC's. As much as we dont want to think about it, even good looking girls have to crap every day! The vast array of toilets in the world have fascinated me for a long time. This blog will be continuously updated as long as I continue to travel the world and wake up needing to hang a dump.

I have been in Turkey now for three days and am loving it so far.  We got in late the first night and explored Istanbul where a huge festival was going on for Ramadan.  There were performers throwing fire and different people dancing, singing and playing music.  We definitely picked …

This is by far the hottest, sweatiest, most amazing trip that I've ever been on. It was the first time I had left the country (not counting Puerto Rico) and the first time I had visited Europe, and somewhat of the Middle East for that matter. I got to experience all sorts of cultures, see how my ancestors lived in Italy, chow down on some icecream in Dubrovnik, and have the best meal of my life in the everlasting city of Istanbul....MI AMORE!!!

Left on a beautiful summer morning at sunrise for the Istanbul Airport.  Have much to write about last 2 days and will be updating soon. Limited time on this wiFi thing. 

i spent a couple of weeks in turkey. started in istanbul,bodrum fethiye, then a boat tour through to mira. an amazing tour and time that flew bye with a bat of an eye.

Another beautiful sunrise.  Maybe it's only because I'm on vacation and taking the time to enjoy the sunrises, but they have been absolutely spectacular on this trip.  We had to get up early today because our tour was starting at 8:20am.  We met Aran and soon we were off to the Hippo…

During May/June 2008, I took my first vacation to the Middle East area. Jordan was amazing - I got to see some historical sites such as Petra, Jesus' Baptism site, the Dead Sea and the Wadi Rum Desert. Then we moved on to Turkey where we saw the ancient Nemrut Dagi statues, the ruins of Ephesus, Oludeniz Beach (and some paragliding), Pamukkale white terraces, the famous rock formations of Cappadocia, and of course, the amazing city of Istanbul. The trip exceeded all expectations!

This was a once in a lifetime trip that I hope to make again. I was fortunate enough to get inside and snap a few photos. I'm always impressed by living history!!
