Flying into Los Angeles then getting the Amtrak Southwest Chief to Chicago, then the Amtrak Lake Shore Ltd to New York City.

A quick visit home, then on to Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile and Argentina

Drove on from Wall, and detoured south down I-29 to Sioux City, IAPassed half an hour with former neighbors from Tacoma.They had lived next door to a niece, and the next building from me.Two years ago.Then on to a motel for the night.Until later.

Work travels!

Working too much. On the road too much. Decided to add a personal trip out west after a week on the road in Iowa.

When I woke up this morning my dad was already gone. He had gone back to the campsite to hang up our sleeping bags we had left drenched on the picnic table. When he came back to the hotel it started to rain again so we rushed back to the camp ground and tossed all our sleeping bags in the car. We gave the task of drying the sleeping bags and pillows to my sister while my dad and I went to look for new tents. As of Feb 2008 I left Australia in order to travel the USA visiting family and friends along the way. Starting in California I ventured on to Minnesota, roadtripped to Tennessee and will be off to New York to work at a summer camp in the coming months. Holiday to South Africa . Went with my Brother and also Seen my family who live there now. Recommend to anyone .....Dont believe the rubbish of Violence... of course there will be anywhere its where you go or end up!!! enjoy.

Went on a walking tour of chicago, was very good weather and chicago is a really nice place, it being on the lake gives it an awesome little beach. Jumped in the car and navigated our way out of Chicago which was quite bad as it was busy but it was a highway almost from the centre. Bombed it along I-80 and have stayed over in a motel somewhere in Iowa. hopefully going to make it to Denver a day earlier than scheduled making it 2000 miles driven in 4 days so we can see the mountains. This is where I've been, in no particular order.

Made the trip from Martinsburg, up through Michigan into Canada around Lake Superior to Thunder Bay. Decided to go further west and hit Winnipeg before coming back to the states. Had to out run tornados in Minnesota. Last stop before coming home was the Field of Dreams
