Spring and summer in Inuyama

It was a beautiful day, so we went on a hike. We have a good hiking course, a part of The tokai nature trail in our city. We climed up and down steep mountain paths and said "Hello" to other hikers. We enjoyed a forest bath.

In Japan there is a special way of counting years in addition to the Western calendar style. The Meiji era, or Meiji period began in 1867 and it ended in 1912.
