International Student House Reviews - London

This place is totally awesome!! Mainly for students going to school in London but also a hostel for anyone to stay in. It’s very large and there is long term dorms which is where students generally live and then there is the short term dorms where people can stay for a couple nights or weeks. All the rooms are really clean and there is your own sink and mirror. Shared bathrooms (girls and guys separate) but they are very clean and the showers aren’t gross!! There is a bar which probably the cheapest bar in London...drinks range from 1-2 pounds! It’s totally awesome! And then they have fun stuff going on like Quiz Tuesday, and Krap Karaoke on Thursdays and more. Downstairs there is a gym and a restaurant which is cafeteria style where you can get hot food and sandwiches. And there is a coffee place which serves Starbucks so you can get fancy lattes and cappuccinos. There is also internet access which is 2 pound per hour. It’s not too badly priced...about 17 pounds for a 4 bedroom dorm and then breakfast is included as well. Very good for security as there is security night men and the doors also work on a key system. Definitely recommend staying here and I was really sad when I didn’t book enough nights and I had to leave because they were all full. 10 pound deposit but you get it back when you check out if you haven’t lots your key card. Luckily I get a 1 year membership with BUNAC so I can go to bar whenever and to gym (yeah like that’ll happen..haha) The staff here is from all over the world so there is a huge international feeling (hence the name) and it’s really cool! They are also very friendly and helpful.
