The Amstel Hotel in Amsterdam is every thing that it advertises to be. It is beautiful, luxurious & very expensive. If you can afford it, it is a wonderful place to stay.
I'm sure that the bed was great. I just have a problem with beds & with really great pillows. I need my bed & a really beat up pillow to be absolutely comfortable & you can't expect any hotel to furnish that. http://www.amsterdam.intercontinental.com/
