Quaint, Tranquil Inn Apr 22, 2006
This is a nice inn in a tranquil setting on a small street a short drive (or moderate walk) from Santa Fe Plaza. The rooms have names rather than numbers. Our room, "Shaman" was in an out-building with some others. The room very large was rustic with a huge fireplace which added a lot of ambiance. The furniture, the vigas supporting the ceiling and the southwestern artifacts adorning the walls combined to add to the effect. The property is large enough to assure a feeling of total tranquility.

There was wine and cheese in the lobby from 6 to 7 and continental breakfast every morning. Each night a group gathered for the wine and cheese party and the conversation was cordial though I’d not be telling the whole tale if I failed to say that during our visit there were a number of gay males who seemed to enjoy using overtly displaying their preferences to a point that we found uncomfortable.
