It's a small island near Pramuka island, Indonesia. It has beautiful underwater life with cute little fishy and gorgeous coral.
You can go there by rent a boat from Pramuka island (IDR 300,000)

I might say that this is also a one-of-a-kind experience. First, I arrived late in the Ferry terminal and the bad news...all the tickets were with me! hahaha! We bought a new 1-way ticket and spend 40SGD for it (i really feel sorry!). It was fun! We had our own beach party...I was drunk...I really enjoyed it a lot...

Candidasa is located in the east shore of Bali. From here, we can see the 2 islands across - Nusa Penida & Nusa Lembongan (These islands are famous for their underwater scene life).Very different from crowded Kuta, this place is calm. It has several virgin beaches near the area, such as: White Sand Beach in Prasi, Selang Beach, Padang Bay Beach (Well this one is not so virgin, it is also a small harbor). I believe there are many beaches more, I just havent know yet.We, me and Rini, visite…

Nothing much has changed in Batam except for few new housing projects and some building being built there. The arrival/immigration check area was also been changed. It is a lot better looking now. One obvious changed was with the tour itinerary. The tour skipped the Parasailing and Go-Kart for safety purposes. There was an accident in Go-kart that the tour agencies don't bring the tourist to those area. Tourist availing the services of those agencies will see a temple, shopping center and a …

Today was shopping day! Unfortunately I was not much in the mood for
it. We started the day with breakfast at Three Monkeys Cafe in Jalan
Monkey Forest. It was a fantastic little place with a pond and rice
fields out the back. I had the black rice pudding which was very sweet.
Yum!
Ubud market was fairly tedious and I got ripped off on numerous
occasions. I did buy a few things from a very nice lady who showed me
pictures of her family. Megan had fun buying heaps of rubbish (no idea

After 4 hours trip to west part of West Java from Jakarta, we arrived at Astrid's villa in Carita Beach. Tired from work and the road, we decide not to go out (nothing we can see anyway) tonight and had a Casino Night instead. We played BlackJack, Texas Hold Em, Poker, you name it! While playing we just realized that the only logistics we brought were a dozen of Heineken, one Smirnoff, one Absolut Vodka and some chips to go along with the booze! This is what happen if you're going with no pro…

This summer i returned to Bali for third time. It's a difficult balancing act when trying to decide where to travel. So many places i NEED to go. Yet how can i not go back to the places i love the most. I love Bali the most. So until i find a place to beat it out for my top spot, i will keep on returning. I had a moment in Ubud during my last trip there. I realized and thought to myself "this is my place". So before i sell my house and move there, i decided to live there next summer!!!

This is a not a holiday destination for me, it's the place where I currently work assisting people affected by the tsunami and earthquake disasters. This island, indeed very beautiful, but lacking in human resource caused it stays remote plus lots of inaccessible areas. We even call this place as "alcatraz"!

In November 2007 I took 15 students on a live aboard sailing trip - five days and four nights on a sailing ship, 4 metre waves, kayaking, swimming, learning how to sail a boat and finally crossing the equator and toasting King Neptune.

This was our most ambitious family trip ever...4 generations to an Indonesian island 45 minutes away from Singapore. Now getting schedules for 15 working adults, 2 school going kids & a 2 year old was not easy. My poor sister is a housewife, yet she was like a travel agent for 2 weeks..LOL!..I felt for her being a former travel agent, especially when your passengers are not sure whether they were coming or going....:)-
Anyway, it was a success, after loads of work from my sister. We…

complex on the dieng active volcano complex, and the closest city to
reach this gorgeous place is from wonosobo, Central Java. it's
suggested to leave wonosobo and heading to dieng really early in the
morning so you can catch the sunrise from one of the peak. or if you
miss the time a bit you still can enjoy the funtastic morning scenery
along the way to get there. there are a lot o…

Lucky me!! i got the second chance to visit the same track and took a lot pictures of wild deers and peacocks in the next morning! Hurray!! (^ -^)/ In the night after we had our dinner, was Pak Henry that offered to all of us to do “nyanggong” (waiting on hidden tree house to watch wild bull drinking in very late night for min. 4 hours - max only for 3 person) or riding his motorcycle next morning to see wild deer groups (only for one person). Ummm.. Seem other else too shy or too s…
