As of Feb 2008 I left Australia in order to travel the USA visiting family and friends along the way. Starting in California I ventured on to Minnesota, roadtripped to Tennessee and will be off to New York to work at a summer camp in the coming months. An action packed and eye opening experience so far

I had the privilege of taking a private tour of Lucas Oil Stadium along with the corporate sponsors & season ticket holders. The new home of the Colts not only has a retractable roof, but a retractable glass wall that turns the North end of the stadium into an outside terrace. I took an unrestricted tour walking on the field and going behind the scenes to areas normally not accessed by the public. It's already considered the best stadium in the NFL and I think the facility deserves its title!

This was my second Indy 500 I've been and I liked the seats much better this time. I went with my friend Tom and his wife Megan we all had a great time.

32 states in the US and 8 in Canada. Travelled Canada and the USA from coast to coast within five months. Travelled mostly by train, sometimes by coach. In total 33.000 km (20.000 miles). Started and ended in Toronto. Some other highlights: Montreal, Quebec, New York, Philadelpia, Chicago, Miami, New Orleans, El Paso, LA, San Fran, Yosemite, Death Valley, Vegas, Vancouver, Jasper. Experienced temperatures varying from minus 25 degrees Celsius to +30 degrees Celsius. Only shot 6000 pictures.

I still don't know quite why I took these particular "jumps"...I may have been a bit bored......And feeling a bit silly LOL! (Under Construction)

It's my Hoosier State and I'm still trying to see all of it. My hometown of Tell City in Southern Indiana along with Evansville, Newburgh, Corydon, Bloomington and Santa Claus. In the northern half: Indianapolis, West Lafayette, Noblesville and Muncie.

Left from Tennessee to the Northeast which includes; Virginia, Washington, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Quebec, and Ontario...

I took a month off from work in Boston and decided to drive to Los Angeles on a whim. Not one hotel room, and only four proper showers all month!

4 days until I leave!  I'm getting really excited but packing is going to be a pain in the ass....   keep checking back, I'll update this weekend when I get to London!

7 days to see as much as possible on my first major trip west of the Mississippi (I lost most of the pics due to computer probs but I tried to include helpful info).

I got some free tickets to the Indy 500 and when I looked at airfare I was shocked at how high it was over Memorial Day so I decided to drive. It worked out just fine though I got to see some of my old friends in Kansas City along the way.
