Imoya Bangkok Reviews
IMOYA Jun 08, 2011
After our long day last week, my colleagues and I have been to Imoya, a Japanese restaurant. It’s kinda real style of Japanese restaurant. They have almost hundred menus from side dish to main dish. Every dish is served in a small plate. Comparing with other Japanese restaurant, the price is cheaper but if compare with street food, it’s a bit expensive as you pay 60 Baht for only two sticks of grilled-garlic but the taste is really too good to make you forget about the price. We were 6 people that night and we ordered about 20 dishes :P Told ya, they are served in a small plate. :)
This restaurant is at Sukhumwit 53. You can choose to sit on a chair or a floor. The liquor is good! I like the sa-ke and Soju under a brand IMOYA. This place is famous for Japanese and Thai. It’s one of the best in Bangkok. If you’re lucky, they will have every dish you order. We weren’t lucky, some menus were out of order T_T
Hope you have time to try. The waiters are polite, fun and nice. Food is good. Liquor is awesome. Check it out! :) Oh, they have two branches. Another one is at Sukhumwit 24.
