Great Breakfast...with Marionberry? Dec 20, 2011
After being scared off my the long wait at Eggs N' Things, we walked down Kalakaua Ave in search of a decent breakfast. This is where we ran into the italian restaurant Il Lupino.
My only breakfast request was that they have eggs...which they had. And my mom wanted pancakes...which they had. They basically allowed me to craft my own breakfast including picking exactly which fruit I wanted to eat for breakfast. My mothers toast came with a jelly made of Marionberry. I never heard of this fruit but the waitress said its a fruit mainly from Oregon that is a seedless blackberry... very interesting. My mom loved it.
The waitress was bubbly and awesome. Definitely made for a great morning.
