Iguana Farm

I think the price might have gone up to $6, but I can't remember exactly. It is for a great cause and there are Iguana everywhere. I took about 20 photos and was right in the middle of them; feeding them while they climbed on me. I really loved it. There are two little monkeys and an anteater(or ant eater type of animal). Loads of fish and lobster in an oceanside holding area. I really enjoyed visiting. I probably only spent about an hour at this location. If you have never been up close with an iguana this would be an excellent opportunity.

The islanders like to eat iguanas, and their numbers have decreased. So to try to help out, the Arch family just past French Harbour have been raising iguanas. It's $5 to see them, which goes towards their food costs, and the iguanas are all over the place, just infront of their house. You can pet them, and feed them. There are also some caged monkeys, and down by the water some tarpon in an enclosure. It's just a fun, quirky stop, worth the visit if you're doing an island tour, and great if you're taking kids.
