Affordable Swiss Tents surrounded by snow clapped peaks Jun 22, 2011
We came across this resort while traveling across Sangla valley this summer. Just outside the city - the location is rustic and natural. With snow peaks on all sides we stayed in swiss tents amidst nature. Service was excellent with a smile - this eco friendly resort employs local staff. The resort also has a pantry / kitchen which serves Indian , Chinese and some continental food. The resort also provided us with a professional guide to trek the hills.

Overall experience was nice and we trekked Baspa River Banks and the Sangla Kanda. We also made day trips from here to visit the last Indian Village at Chitkul and Kalpa for a majestic view of the Himalayas. The Resort is next to an apple orchard which blossoms during September/October.
