One of the few things I enjoy about living in Idaho is caving. The area is covered in an ancient lava flow that makes the surface very rough and hot! Below ground is a different world unlike the harsh one above.  It is MUCH cooler and has frozen ice crystals to look at. It can also be very dangerous. A guide is essential.
