Great to see so many different things in one place. If you really love the nature you have to go here, this is a trip that is so diffrent and so amazing. After one visit you would love to come back.
Working on telling the story, it will be here soon.

We've been to Iceland twice now. Once
for New Years in Winter, we got to see the Aurora Borealis and hear
about the elves. It was dark for all but 4 hours during the day and
they had a fab fireworks display for New Years. The second time was
in June of 2006, which was also super fun. It wasn't over 50 degrees
F at any time, and it was light all day with a bit of eerie dimness
for a couple hours in the middle of the night. We've seen geysers,
lava water falls, the mountains where t...

I made this journey with my father and two friends. We keep coming back to this mesmerizing country and everytime we go there we seem to discover new things! We made a tour around the island, starting in Akureyri and moving back to Reykjavik through the eastern part. This was my fourth visit to Iceland and I'm planning to go back in 2010.

Iceland was a very unique experience. The capital of Reykjavik is a modern city with a good nightlife. Go a little further away and you get an experience unlike any other. It first struck me when we were on our final decent that this two-day stopover would be unlike any other. As you look out the window it appears that the pilot is landing on Mars rather than a northern Scandinavian island. The coast by the airport is a bright lava rock maroon, and that is all you can see. No building, n...

For the English version please scroll down!

The first time I visited Iceland was with a group of friends in the summer of 2004. We travelled the west and south coast of Iceland and had a wonderful time. It was really different than visiting in the winter - in the summer it is hardly ever really dark!

Perhaps the most visually stunning country I've ever visited. It's certainly the most geographically diverse, given it's small size. Iceland is spectacularly beautiful!
