Ibis Wellington Reviews
Ibis Wellington Sep 26, 2010
Ibis Wellington located in the city center – Featherston Street, which is one block away from the busiest Lambton Quay. It is very convenient as most buses stop along the Lambton Quay. Even the airport bus stops here. We just got out at one of the stop and walked across the road where the Ibis located
There is a big and clean lobby welcome you upon your arrival. Just like the standard Accor qualities that never fail us. Right behind the reception, there is an on site restaurant and café. We had a buffet breakfast there and it was fantastic. Especially after almost one week’s continental breakfast, having a warm, cooked breakfast was a nice change!
The room was clean and spacious. Our king size bed was comfortable. The room consist of coffee/tea making facilities, flat screen TV, air-conditioner/heater, iron ..etc. A nice clean bathroom with enough amenities (there was a hair dryer in the bathroom) - really nothing to complain about.
We had a beer and tea at the lounge (which was the café/restaurant during the day) It was nice ambience and staff were helpful.
One of our concerns was parking. There were not enough parking spaces. Luckily we were going to return the rental car and that we did not need parking after we checked in to the hotel.
