Ibis North Point Hotel Hong Kong

If you want a hotel with large rooms, king size beds, plush carpets and 200 channels on the flat screen TV the Ibis North Point is not for you. On the other hand, if you're the kind of traveler who is out all day and only uses a hotel room to shower and sleep, this is your camping place!!
The rooms are small - though not by asian tourist hotel standards. The required facilities are all there. We booked it over the internet from North America and everything was as requested when we arrived. The clientelle is primarily asian and an asian breakfast is served in the breakfast room. The rooms were clean, the staff helpful, the breakfast hearty. Our room overlooked Kowloon and the shipping routes and the hotel is just metres from the North Point Metro. Nothing is cheap in Hong Kong but by Hong Kong standards the Ibis North Point is a bargain.
