I had a hour stopover at Gatwick and was desperate for a quite place to stay so splashed out 50 pounds for a room. At the airport arrivals go outside to the hotel pickup curb and use the yellow free phone to call the dispatcher. The van took about 15 minutes to come. The hotel check in was a bit of a pain with them requesting addresses etc etc. The room was quite and also rather small but very clean. I would recommend it again. The bathroom is the cruiseliner/easycruise kind so does flood everywhere. Don't leave anything on the floor. There was internet in the lobby which was very expensive 1 pound for about 5 minutes.
