 Basic and affordable and central to everything Aug 14, 2009
I stayed here for 3 nights while exploring Lille and the surrounding area. It's locations is great for in relation to the center, couldn't be better. Parking can be a headache as this area is a traffic bottleneck...patience.
The hotel is typical Ibis. It's simple and straightforward. The staff was very helpful and offered information when needed. They had a restaurant but, I didn't eat in it. The room was large and the bed was comfortable for it's pricepoint.The decor is dated but, expected, again, at this pricepoint. It was clean and neat. The bathrroom was pod-like but efficient. The room is quiet even though you are in the center of town. All in all, it was a comfortable and convenient refuge after a long day of exploration. I would stay here again.
