Hyman's Seafood Reviews

This Seafood restaurant is located in downtown Charleston's history district across the street from the Charleston City Market. It is popular with locals, tourists and celebrities. Each table has a plaque with the name of celebrities that sat there.

They have excellent fresh seafood in a wide variety. There are also sandwiches, meat dishes and salads available. The staff is friendly and there is always a manager, at times owner that walks around greeting customers. Each table is served boiled peanuts. You can pick up coupons for a free crab dip from local shops.

The bar offers cocktail specialties, imported beers and domestic beers. They also have Palmetto Ale, Palmetto Amber, Palmetto Porter and Palmetto Lager all brewed right in the Palmetto State's very own Low Country of Charleston.

When you do plan to stop by, get there early because they fill up quick.
