This hotel is certainly not bad and would be far preferred over the nearby Keio Plaza.
This hotel is far, far from the station and cannot be reached by walking in a straight line from the station. There is a shuttle bus with a surly driver if one would care to wait for it. Our rooms were on the Executive floor and certainly among the larger rooms that we have had in Tokyo but this was not a good thing as the room was not kept heated prior to our arrival and it took until morning to get warm. There was a continental breakfast available out in the hall.

I would not personally want to stay here again but our company has clients in the Mitsui Building directly opposite and it is much better than the Keio Plaza although that does not say much for it. Quiet lobby as it is so far from the station the locals tend not to congregate there.
