Hyatt Regency Hotel Santa Clara

Mamagement need to take control. Room only had 1 towel (hey guys, things are tough in the hotel business..but only 1 towel. I needed to call down to the front desk to have my complementary paper delivered (complementary, however if you don't want one the credit you with $.74)

The worst problem however was being served breakfast in my room and finding that one of the little jelly jars had been opened and partially used! Obviously the kitchen staff had taken it from a previous guest tray thinking that it was unused...wonder if they did that with anything else on my tray. The did credit me for the meal...Oh, BTW, don't order the cornbeef hash..it was awful!

The rooms have been redecorated and there are no drawers for cloths unless you count the night stands. They say its their "modern European look" Each time I have been to Europe, hotels had drawers for cloths in the rooms, guess I haven't been to the same places the interior designers at Hyatt have been to!

I really liked the location. The restaurant left much to be desired. It was expensive and not very kid friendly. Their menu was very limited. I found myself having to drive off of the premises for every meal during my stay.read entire review at TravelPost.com
