Horrible Customer Service Mar 13, 2008
There is a charge on my bill that I am disputing. I have emailed the hotel on 2 occasions with no response or acknowledgment. I have also emailed corporate with no response.

 Parking was ridiculous Oct 15, 2007
The hotel rooms etc were clean and nice. However, when paying 215.00 a night I would expect to get free parking and also maybe some internet access with out an additional charge.
