A Classic Authentic Irish pub In Good Old Montreal Nov 03, 2006
In the heart of Montreal you will find this good old fashioned Irish Pub. It is an amazing place to drink and eat any day of the week.
That had a huge selection of food and many many different types of beer on tap. The crowds are usually local and there to have a pint or 20 with friends. They have bands and people who read (during which time you are asked not to make too much noise). They have a bazillion beers and wines, and some great food (the portions are huuge in my opinion). Doesn't matter what you wear, although wearing a helmet made out of aluminium may attract some stares....but I say give it a try! It was good place as you are allowed to drink as many B52s as you could handle. I was able to drink about 10 of them the one night we were there. Thank God for being in Quebec, they don't cut you off. I had the biggest upset later that night, but it was all worth it being at Hurley's. Lets Stop by some day when you are all in town.
