Hungarian National Museum Budapest Reviews
Jul 29, 2007
The national Museum was the first Museum in Hungary and they have a very impressive exhibit. The museums covers everything from the early settlements and all the famous people that have ruled hungary ever since.
Some of the temporary exhibitions require you to buy an extra ticket, so if you want to see the entire museum it can be a little pricey, but if you like history, not only of hungary, but also its neighbouring countries (land that belonged to Hungary berfore it was given away) this is the museum for you.
Its pricey , but its worth it. HUF 3000(!!) to take pictures so you might want to skip it. Ive was stupid enough to buy a phototicket and i had to show it in all the rooms i entered. Better skip it.
HUF 1000 to Entry
HUF 900 if you buy ticket online
HUF 3000 Phototicket
Extra for temporary Exhibitions.
