A government owned property where the older, original building - which is showing its age - and a new building annex. The new section has 10 rooms numbered 202-212.

The old section has some rooms on the ground floor which are great, if you have a vehicle, for transferring the baggage to your room through the window or over the balcony.

Only drawback is that the old section rooms smell of dampness and stale smoke.

Classified as One-Star hotel, air-conditioning, balcony, breakfast NOT included, some rooms have bathtubs, fans in room, InterNet connected computer in lobby (free), InterNet WiFi in lobby (free), InterNet WiFi in rooms (free), English and Vietnamese spoken at reception; laundry, baggage storage, massage services, parking for buses, cars, motorcycles and bicycles, sauna, taxes included in prices, Gia Lai Tourism office in lobby, cable television, mini-bar/refrigerator in rooms

**WARNING** The Gia Lai Government has chosen to SURCHARGE FOREIGNERS 20% WHEN USING THEIR HOTELS. This makes this hotel MORE EXPENSIVE than others of equal quality. (This was prevalent 10 years ago but is UNACCEPTABLE in this day and age.)

Local police policy PROHIBITS hotels from checking in Vietnamese citizens with foreigners in the same room unless they can produce a marriage certificate.
