Hunderfossen Winterpark Reviews

FUN - FUN - FUN

The Winterpark at Hunderfossen, Øyer is an experience. You have a lot of things to both see and do here.
The entrance fee can seem a bit steap, but it's well worth the money.

The park is built as a family park and the main attractions are Norwegian fairytales written by Ivo Caprino. For many years it was only open during summer season, but thankfully they decided to make it an all year park.

The things to do and see here are; Ice hotel ( new this season ), has 15 different rooms, with a total of 40 beds. You can book a stay here between December 29 and March 15.
You also find an Ice Cathedral in conection to the Ice Hotel, and you can have a fairytale wedding here.

Beside from the Ice Hotel and Cathedral there's a wide range of activities for young and old. Quadbike rides for adults (must have drivers lisence) and mini snow-mobiles for kids. Curling, icebowling, gladiator and horse-sleighs.
The High Ropes Course is a challenge up to 14 meters above the ground.
Every evening is ended with a spectacular firework.

The Winterpark has a variety of souvenier shops. Cozy places that serves warm drinks and something to eat.
