Hotel bad, manager worse, owner horrible Aug 20, 2007
My worst hotel experience ever. No towels in the room, phone didn't work, bathroom wasn't cleaned, someone else's underwear in the room, locked out of our room for an hour. Our remedy from the manager? $4 off our rate. Contacted the owner, no ...read entire review at TravelPost.com
