Bad business Dec 18, 2006
I asked for a courtesy hold, which they were willing to do as of 4 pm. When I was informed that my plane would land 50 miles away at 3:36 pm, they agreed to allow me a courtesy hold of 6 pm for $4.00 more for the same accommodations per night.
