HOW NOT TO RIDE A WATER BUFFALO

The next time you're wandering around eastern Guangdong, you may come across a herd of water buffaloes. Being adventurous and curious, I'm sure you'll probably stop to give one of them a spin around the field.

A FEW RIDING POINTERS:
1. Don't tell the water buffalo just before you mount him, "You think you're something? I've eaten buffalo steak tougher than you!"
2. Have the handler pass you the reins before the buffalo takes off, leaving you with nothing to hold on to.
3. Make sure there aren't paparazzi (aka friends) with several cameras to record your half-second ride.
4. Most of all, be careful about letting your wife or significant other watch. After you struggle to your feet - body sore and ego bruised - you might hear her say, "Sometimes, he's just stupid."
This is going to be fun!
Yee hah, ride 'em cowboy!
Maybe, this wasn't such a good idea
OK, who else wants a piece of me?

Liz, feel free to laugh! It was a friend of mine, not me, who tried this stunt :-) Believe me, it's been about a year and EVEYONE still teases Dennis that he should start the first Chinese Water Buffalo rodeo :-D
