Of all the things I saw and did in Dublin, this was by far my favorite. I don't want to get too into what was in the museum, but if you check out the website you can get a good idea. If you find history interesting this place is a must see. It is a little way off from most of the major sites, but not to far to walk from the #20 or #21 city bus tour stop.
I absolutly loved the history and story of the family that had occupied the house, and you really can get an idea what it would have been like to be alive in 1796. Really a great place to visit, I can't say enough about it. Part of the Dublin 2007 travel blog

Woke up around 11am and have absolutely no hang-over?? Was I shocked! Had a great brilliant breakfast, got ready and headed for the bus for a day of touring around the city. Absolutely love the city. I'm moving here forsure!&…… Day of Touring! |

Wohoo, finally go my train ticket, the flights are booked, and all that remains now is to pack and decide where to go once I land in Hamburg. As yet I have no set plans but things are slowly clearing and been studying the map of railway lines trying…… Inter rail ticket has arrived!! |
