Hotel

Hotel Once on the street , I have the direction and on the map looks so easy to find... WRONG! I begin to walk looking for  the subway station that is really closer hotel, but I spend like 60 min to locate the correct… Alone! I like the stronger experiences (updated)

I got through customs and went to the Airport Limousine Service counter to buy a ticket for the bus to take me to my hotel, Tokyo Grand Hotel. Unfortunately the bus didn't stop there, but the lady suggested to stop at the nearest hotel and take a taxi from there. I got the ticket and waited for the bus outside, feeling the warm and humid weather. The bus arrived… Day 1: Tokyo

hotel Oak Hotel is not EXACTLY easy to find.  Our map said look for their sign, which turns out to be super small and at street level, not even eye-level.  We were looking up at buildings expecting to see a huge sign… Day 1 - Arrival Day

Looking out the window from our hotel room, I saw people walking on the streets with umbrellas. The train track is right next to the hotel and we could see trains go by. It turned out that the hotel has access to the subway underground, so we didn't even have… Exploring Tokyo via subway

  About half the bus was there for 2 days and got off at the hotel. The other half were headed to a train station to go back to Tokyo . Given the intensity of the traffic, I doubt any of them got home before midnight.   The hotel was spectacular. I think there's where most of the expense for the trip… Mt. Fuji
