Was woken at 6pm by a loud bang which turned out to be the rudder being driven past it’s stop by the current. The man at Pauillac was right, the current here is vicious, a torrent when in full spate. The rudder seems OK b…… Goodbye JC, hello Jan & Andy and nearly goodbye boat! |

Today was pretty relaxed. I got up fairly early this morning to catch a city tour of Bordeaux and a wine tasting seminar. I cant get over how beautiful the architecture is here. It feels like walking back in time (minus the cars an…… Bordeaux...amazing wine! |
