Hotel du Soleil

Hotel du Soleil in Saint Rémy de Provence is a typical French village hotel. It has two stars and it's worth it. The entrance is through a fence with the name of the hotel on a rounding plate above (you can't miss it when driving south from the village center). From the fence a private road leads to the back of some houses to a small area with the hotel building in front of you and the nice pool area on the right hand side.
You can park your car near the hotel, which is housed in an average French house. A big one though, because it has more than 20 rooms for guests. The lobby is plain and the staff is friendly.
The rooms and the furniture are simple. The bathroom of my room was very tiny. But you're not here to stay in your room. You either are visiting the lovely village of St-Rémy or you're relaxing on the pool.
It's a nice stay with value for money.
