Extremely rude staff Aug 27, 2009
The hotel was ok, quite nicely placed, but that's all it really had going for it. The staff were ok, apart from one man who was so rude I could barely believe it. He treated his customers, foreign or French, with such disdain and an attitude which said "you may be the customer, but you are not right". Thankfully his rudeness has not put me off Toulouse entirely as it is a great town, just when I go next, I'll stay in another hotel.
