My favorite hotel in Zihuatanejo. Located high on the hill above Colonia Puerto Mio, overlooking beautiful Zihuatanejo Bay. Very peaceful and relaxing. A bit hard to find, and get to (180 jagged stone steps strait up a brutal hillside from Puerto Mio, or take the dirt road that winds precariously around the mountainside!) Nice clean rooms, exceptional staff, kitchenettes, and some rooms with jacuzzi. Breakfast on the terrace. Beautiful swimming pool. Not the most convenient location if you don't know Zihua well, but for those who love Zihua, this is IT! NOT a place for those used to room service and amenities--if you're seeking that, go to Ixtapa! Just a pleasant villa for laid-back, easy-going types to relax. Reserve ahead... There's NO reception desk!
