Hotel Villa Sol and Suites

This hotel was once a jewel but even since the german owner arrived and began staying at the property, the employees have lost all their personality and are afraid to be themselves. The owner treats the Mexican employees as second class human beings. the results are obvious.

The hotel is usually like a ghost town and i have never seen it more than 10% full. That should say it all.

Since our family began staying at this property it has always been a family atmosphere. But after my current stay, i would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The kitchen is filthy so we never eat at the restaurant.

Any contact with the owner makes it obvious that the customers are only an irritation and that the customer is really not a factor.

The posted rates on the internet are sky high for what you get. You are better of to arrive at the desk and negotiate a rate.

Sad that the owner is so mean to everyone and rules with an iron fist. The owner must learn to treat his employees with way more respect.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. You will thank me in the long run.
