Hotel Sublim Eiffel Paris Reviews
very colourful botique hotel May 03, 2011
Just a few metro stops down from the Trocadero on a busy boulevard you’ll find the Sublim Eiffel hotel. A small boutique hotel with modern, trendy decor and a choice of colours when you book your room. I was fortunate enough to get a top floor room with a balcony and views out over to the Eiffel tower. The room was small but perfectly adequate with a glassed in shower area, closet for hanging clothes and a separate toilet closet.
The room and the bed were very comfortable with free WiFi a massive selection of TV channels and light switches controlling all sorts of lights and mood settings. The carpet was a cool art deco style map or Paris which could keep you occupied for a bit.
The breakfast is served in the lobby each morning with fresh coffee and a seemingly endless bread basket complete with pastries. I was staying for work so the metro station just across the street came in very handy for the commute. The staff were always there with a smile and any helpful advice I needed too.
The hotel is not cheap, but none are in Paris, so definitely consider it on your next trip. The location is not great for walking to any tourist attractions but with the metro so close you can be to Eiffel tower in less than 10 minutes and the Arc de Triomphe in 15 minutes.
