awful .you can not trust them , be carefull with the mini bar, if you drink something that they have in the mini bar they will just charge you, even that you get it from someplace else..happend to us. and you complaint about it they just said the ...read entire review at TravelPost.com

a very bad experiance from start to finish! The desk person was rude not only on the phone when asked about our reservation, but was very nasty when we arrived, never even asking if we needed any help with our bags or belongings. The room was not ...read entire review at TravelPost.com

 Loved it Mar 09, 2005
We went to St.Augustine Hotel in Jan. 2005 with our two kids (3 and 8 months) and were treated very well. I even had to go to the hospital with my youngest kid and the staff was so nice and helpful.
