We found the RT Rezydent a very comfortable hotel.
I'll start with the negatives. 1. No lift, so carrying your suitcases up about 4 flights of stairs is hard work. BUT the staff were very helpful and carried my luggage for me, so I can't really complain too much. The hotel itself was very comfortable and clean. Our room was huge. The water pressure wasn't too good took me a long time to wash my hair. But really, that didn't bother me too much. The staff were very friendly. The location was great, right in the heart of Cracow about a 20 second walk to the Market Square which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. |
