Here we are back in El Calafate and as it is Sunday, we can't book any bus tickets as the offices are all shut. Make the most of the cheap wine and Parrila tenedor libres then.

At last! The Andes are in sight! El Calafate is a very touristy town but has great views of snow-capped mountains and a Flamingo-inhabited lake with icebergs on it.
We found a little campsite for 2 quid a night and set up tent. Realising…… No flip flops here |
