Great service in Bogota! Sep 02, 2009
The hotel includes a complimentary pickup from the airport and the driver was very friendly. Check in was a breeze! The hotel even has a "taxi" for guests. I speak some Spanish, but many of the staff also speak English. Those that spoke only Spanish were very patient with me. The resturant was super and once again the staff was great! They even held my large bag at no charge while I took a 2 day trip to Villa de Leyva by bus. I would recommend this hotel. It is very safe (a vault in the room) and is geared toward helping tourists discover Bogota. The staff also advised me on areas to avoid after dark, etc.
