Hotel Ortigia Acropoli Reviews
Great clean accomodation in Siracusa Dec 16, 2008
This place has been recently renovated such that the rooms are entirely brand new.
There was an excellent heating/cooling system, the beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was exceptional. The shower had a full massage spray system and excellent hot water pressure. THe rooms were also very large and yet very quiet and perfect to sleep in. The hotel itself is in an excellent location on the island at the end of town and around all the best shops and restaurants. They also offer secure garage parking nearby for a small fee. The staff were excellent, had perfect english and were very friendly. The free breakfast was also one of the better ones I had on my trip (actually the best) with more than just a stale croissant and coffee (that the others did) - they offered cereal, yoghurt, cheeses, meats, fresh bread and jams and spreads. It was very well priced also, and I paid E40 for my own double room! Part of the Bella Italia travel blog |
