Hotel Monasterio Benedictino Calatayud

A historical hotel en Calatayud. This four stars hotel ows its name to the fact that it occupies a baroque building built in the XVIIth century , for many years a benedictine monastery. It was built by stone , ashlar and brick. Part of the main salon is a former church from the XIIIth century , which still preservs its monumental nature. According to the historians , this is the place of Saint Inigo´s birth , benedictine monk and patron saint of Calatayud.
