I have stayed there twice. The limo bus takes you to their door from Narita airport. I think at the time (1999) it cost around 2000 yen one way. They have a polite staff. They served complimentary Japanese and American style breakfast, which were ...read entire review at TravelPost.com

On a happier note, Andy and I made our own fun yesterday by going out for lunch to the Metropolitan Hotel in Ikebukuro for a smorgasbord lunch with all the trimmings.
