At about Q160 a night, this isn't the cheapest place around, but it's not super expensive. The best feature about the place is the location--one block from Parque Central and all the bars, restaurants, etc. The room was pretty basic, but the wood floors were neat, it was clean enough, and it had cable TV. The shower was also hot and pretty powerful, and that is a positive. If you're looking for fairly cheap, no-frills accommodations in a central location, you could do worse than Kiktem-Ja. But if you're in a couple, you will have to sleep like Lucy and Ricky--separate twin beds!
