There are enough beautiful hotels and hostels in Puerto Escondido to be very picky. This hotel is very beautiful, nice pool, hammocks galor, a bar, etc...however, the owners are very unwelcoming and will give you an extremely difficult time if your plans change and you need a refund. It is also overpriced for the very average rooms. They made our brief stay there very unpleasant and sent us running back to our original hostel, where we were welcomed back with open arms. Lesson learned here- Do not pick a hotel when you are hungover, as you will probably take a glance at the refreshing pool and hand over your money without thinking too much about it.
