Hotel Ibis Liverpool Reviews

Liverpool is a fairly small city so pretty much anywhere you stay will be close to where you you'd like to go. If you're in town especially for the Beatles and on a budget, then the Ibis Liverpool would be the ideal place to stay.
It's conveniently located right across the Albert Dock, one of the city's main attractions and jump-off point to wherever you plan to go. It's where the Beatles Magical Mystery Tour takes off and the site of the Beatles' Story Exhibition and merchandise shop. The City Sightseeing hop-on hop-off city bus stops by here, so you don't need to walk too far to be able to get a ride into the city center. Should you choose to walk, from the Ibis it should only take about 15-20 minutes on foot. In the lobby is a bar, a spacious dining area and a lounge where you can find 2 computer terminals sitting in the corner for your surfing needs. The rooms are kept rather clean and the bathrooms have been upgraded. Luggage storage space might be a little tight, but if you're used to hostels then what you have here might be a luxury in comparison. Again, like at the Travelodge, I had yet another experience with the elevator here. Only this time, the elevator went kaput on our second day and had to take the stairs - four flights up and down - for the rest of my stay. But apart from that, there's nothing I can think of to complain about, especially since the staff were so apologetic for the inconvenience and was kind enough to carry my luggage all the way down. |

The next morning, I woke up and set out on a quest to find as much Beatles stuff as I could. There's a big Beatles museum with tours and what not, so I made my way there, checking out the sites on the way. Liverpool was damaged during Wo…… Liverpool |

When my uncle told me my brother and he were going to Liverpool, I was a bit jelous and asked him if I could come with. Of course I could, he said. And I don't regret coming with them.
Liverpool was a fantastic city, beautiful and with nice people.…… Liverpool, one of my new favourite places. |
