Hotel Ibis Lisboa Liberdade

Near the Avenida metro stop on Lisbon's Linha Azul (Blue Line), the Ibis Liberdade Hotel Lisbon is located right off of the Avenida da Liberdade in central Lisbon. It is a typical Ibis hotel, with the same type of furnishings and amenities that you find in Ibis hotels all over Europe. The hotel is located up one of Lisbon's hills, and it is steep, but easily walkable...just pay attention to the cobbled sidewalks. Although there is no taxi stand at the hotel, there is one conveniently located at a nearby hotel one block away. Even though the room size is typical for Europe, it is small with regards to American standards. The bathrooms are of a nice size, however, and shampoo, soap and hair dryers are available. Overall, the hotel is definitely functional, and it holds up to the Ibis reputation of providing clean, comfortable rooms at a good price.
