a very nice warm hotel. Oct 26, 2008
We came in this hotel in the middle of the night. And we were friendly welcomed although it was very late. They had one room left, and it was for 4 persons. We were just the two of us. He gave us the room much cheaper. Breakfast is at 7 but we had to leave at 6. So we thougt no breakfast. But the receptionist made a breakfast for us. Fresh coffee warm bread. He had done his best to make this short stay a nice moment to remember. Very friendly.
The hotel is situated in the centre of Innsbruck. In the winter it would not be a problem, but in the summer it is a lot of noise on the street. specifically the cars which drove very fast. But for a short stay i would recommend this hotel. |

Last night was really cold. I was wearing four layers and in my sleeping bag... shivering, but I survived. Not hiking today, too much snow on the ground, and I don't have the equipment to hike.Instead, I left the campsite and headed on down to the c…Hotel Golden Krone, seems to be the choice of Italian travelers as of right now, but they had an open room just for me!
