Just a bed to sleep Dec 24, 2008
After a fantastic day (cold, but we were lucky the rain stopped) in Torres del Paine we arrived in nearby Puerto Natales.
We spent one night in Hotel Glaciares. We had a large room. But with that, all is said. Very, very basic. Noisy. No facilities at all. We had a window in our room, there were ‘inner rooms’ too……. It was Christmas Eve, after walking around and having a glass of wine, we found a fancy restaurant to have dinner: Angelica’s. Very nice place to spend the evening. Had the impression only (foreign) tourists were guests of this restaurant. Back to the hotel: breakfast was basic as well.
